While her competitors slept, Nancy held open houses until my home was sold. She loaned me several staging items and even kept the driveway free of debris. I reside out of state and could not be more pleased with her personalized service. During home inspection, it was discovered that my septic system needed repair. Nancy negotiated with subcontractors on my behalf and supervised the repair also! This, in my opinion, went way beyond the "call of duty"! She is well worth her commission!

We had the pleasure to work with Nancy for the purchase of our new home in Lake Tapps. We were new to the area and didn't know much about where we were moving to. I contacted the Windermere office in Lake Tapps and was immediately connected with Nancy. She gladly met us at a few homes that we had shown interest in on the internet. We were completely sold on the ones we saw. When we parted ways with Nancy after looking at these homes, we let her know what we were looking for in a home. She said she would look in the area and get back to us. On our drive back to the hotel we stopped at a house that had a for sale sign and just knew we had to go in to check it out. I contacted Nancy and she setup a showing the following day. She met us there and with the first step in we knew it was the house we wanted to call home. We were on a bit of a time crunch and needed to close as quickly as possible, as our current home was closing soon as well. She got the ball rolling and in one month we closed on the house that we now call home. Nancy was very responsive and answered all the questions we had, which made the process so smooth. I will definitely call her when we are in need of a realtor again.

I first met Nancy when I saw a property online and sent in a request for information. Nancy immediately got in contact with me to find out how she could assist me and asked me for details of exactly what I was looking for. Since I was a first time home buyer, I had a good idea but not exactly how to go about the process. Nancy started by sending me listings every day of the type of homes, locations and prices I would be interested in. Nancy was always right on target with the listings. Also since I am raising my 2 year old granddaughter, London, a fenced in yard was important, and Nancy always kept my needs and my granddaughter in mind. The main thing I loved about Nancy was she was always available, whenever I would contact her with questions, or I wanted to go look at houses..no matter what time or day, Nancy never hesitated to set up looking at homes together, and always made me feel I was her only client, although she really had a full plate, you would never have known that. At one point we looked at a home that I fell in love with. Nancy contacted the seller’s agent immediately, and was informed they had just accepted another offer, so we continued looking at other homes. The sale on that home fell thru, came back up on the market, Nancy caught it and immediately called me to let me know and to see if I was still interested in the home. I told Nancy, oh yes..and she went to work. since it is a sellers’ market and there are bidding wars going on, everytime I would put an offer on a home.. other’s would come along and outbid me by thousands of dollars. But not this time. Nancy worked her magic and with her expertise got my offer accepted. I couldn’t believe it, but it happened.

Then, during the closing processing I had a personal crises come up that could have possibly jeopardize the closing of the home, I was beside myself, but Nancy kept me calm and would say, don’t worry we will get this worked out, everything will be fine. As it turned out she was right. Eveytime I would thank her..she would say..it’s not just me, it’s my team and our teamwork. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate her knowledge, experience and understanding in getting me thru my first home buying experience. I feel we have developed a long term friendship and I will send anyone who is looking to purchase a home to Nancy. Me and my granddaughter, London are now living in our dream home where she can grow up in a safe and secure environment.
